Xanadu Resort - High Class All Inclusive

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

Excellent place, great staff, very good food. We are already missing the place and will definitely come back. The SPA was a wonderful experience. Rooms are large with astonishing view. The staff have made our stay great. We will never forget the food and sweets. A place to return!

15 of us went for my 60th Birthday. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the hotel used to be 5* and now it’s a 4* plus. We were not disappointed The staff are helpful, the hotel is spotless. The grounds immaculate We booked a junior suite with sea view. The suite was a good size. I’d read reviews about how tired the rooms were. Is this accurate… yes but it was adequate and to be honest we spent so little time in the room it didn’t matter. There’s lots going on during the day and you can join in or not. We loved the Lila Adult cocktail bar and the chilled vibe. We hired cabanas on the beach one day and they were great. I’d only say the waiter service could be improved as we had to wait ages for him to come to the cabanas so we’d usually go to get our own drinks but it didn’t take away the enjoyment. They were €100 euros for each cabana, you got a fully stocked fridge plus a fruit platter. We didn’t get the welcome bottle of champagne and when I queried it I was told I had to ask for it?! We all enjoyed the picnic/ live music in the secret garden which they do every Wednesday, the BBQ was excellent and as always the staff were fabulous. We paid the supplement for the fish restaurant, the food was lovely but i wish they filleted your fish for you as that can be tough. The drinks were branded ones and the drinks/ cocktails we had were great. The buffet had lots of choice. Sometimes the food wasnt very hot but we could all find something to eat. I loved that they had a separate buffet for children. Our favourite place to eat was the Turkish. The food and service were fantastic Our least favourite was the Italian. The food was poor and hot dishes were served tepid bordering on cold. My husbands hot starter of calzone was not even cooked in the middle The food in the beach snack bar was good and the staff although very busy were also good The entertainment is hit and miss but they try to cater for everyone. Despite some of the food not being good we had the best time celebrating. Emrah at guest relations was fabulous and helped me loads before we arrived and answered my numerous questions The waiter going around the pools on skates was brilliant Overall the hotel was fabulous and we had a fantastic time.
